Office of the General Manager

The Office of the General Manager (OGM) is comprised of the General Manager, administrative support for the Board of Directors and the General Manager, Human Resources, and Public Affairs.  

The Human Resources Division fosters the employee life cycle, administers employee benefits, and creates and maintains a safe work environment for employees. The HR Division is also responsible for labor and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, promoting employee development and training, and risk management program. ACWD strives to include diversity, equity, and inclusion practices at the center of our daily work, policies and procedures.

The Engineering and Technology Services, Finance, Operations and Maintenance, and Water Resources directors all report to the General Manager. In addition, the OGM is responsible for all coordination with ACWD's Board of Directors, including setting the agenda, providing public notices, and recording the District's regularly scheduled public board meetings.
