ACWD’s Customer Service counter at our Grimmer Boulevard headquarters in Fremont is open weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and we are available to assist customers who wish to pay their bills and have account inquiries. Visitors are required to wear face masks.

At this time, only the customer counter is open to the public and all public meetings and other business-related to Development Services, Engineering, Groundwater Resources, Water Conservation, and other services continues to be conducted virtually until further notice.

Water service will not be interrupted.

ACWD’s conservation team has taken steps to assure that ACWD water conservation services for our customers continue relatively uninterrupted, while also safeguarding the health of our employees and customers. 

ACWD has implemented the following changes to its normal water conservation assistance operations: in person meetings in the office or offsite. Many of our water conservation services, such as rebate programs, remain available to our customers. Water Conservation program applications should be emailed to the Water Conservation email.

Staff is available to discuss your water conservation needs over the phone. Customers can call any time, 24/7, and leave a message. Calls will be returned within 24-48 hours by conservation staff during regular business hours: 8:00-5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. When you call, please make sure your message includes your name, return phone number, and a short summary of your inquiry.
