Fix A Leak Week
Celebrate Fix a Leak Week!
Join Alameda County Water District (ACWD) to celebrate the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) WaterSense Program's annual "Fix a Leak Week," on March 16th – 22nd, 2026.
As an EPA WaterSense Promotional Partner, ACWD invites our customers to participate in one of our various water use efficiency programs that help customers find and fix leaks. These include our Do-It-Yourself Residential Home Water Use Survey, Free Water Conservation Kits, and Free Fix a Leak Kits. To learn more and apply, visit watersavingscenter.acwd.org.
Customers are also encouraged to visit ACWD’s Headquarters at 43885 S Grimmer Boulevard, Fremont to pick up free toilet leak detection dye tablets to help detect silent toilet leaks.
When replacing leaking or broken fixtures, look for the WaterSense label. The label ensures that products meet EPA's specifications for water efficiency and performance, and are backed by independent, third-party certification.
