Help on Tap - Customer Assistance Program
ACWD works to provide clean, reliable drinking water at a reasonable price to 349,000 people in the Tri-City area. We recognize some customers may experience difficulty paying their water bills. Our customer assistance program, Help on Tap, will provide income-qualified residential customers with bill payment assistance. This program will provide a bimonthly $15 credit to assist our customers with their bill payment. Your household may qualify if the total income does not exceed the income guidelines according to the chart below. To apply for the Help on Tap program, download and fill out the application using the link below, or to request an application be mailed to you, please call 510.668.4200 .
