Special Fix a Leak Week Webinar: How to find and fix leaks with a Water Use Efficiency Specialist

Join Alameda County Water District (ACWD) as we promote the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) WaterSense program’s annual ‘Fix a Leak Week’, March 20th – 26th, 2023. As a promotional partner, ACWD is hosting two special webinar segments of our virtual office hours that will focus on how to find and fix leaks. Join Water Use Efficiency staff to learn about common sources of leaks around your home and how to use the new ACWD My Smart Water Connect Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) customer portal to detect potential leaks. Staff will also provide information about ACWD’s water use efficiency programs and the EPA WaterSense program. Residents who live in the ACWD service area cities of Fremont, Newark, and Union City and attend the webinars will receive a free gift to help find and fix leaks at home.
