Changes to Bill Payment Options Coming Soon
An important upgrade to ACWD’s online payment system is coming in July 2018. The upgrade will provide new and improved payment options for our customers, including online payment enrollment, updated auto-pay options, payment by debit or credit card, and paperless billing options. There will be no fees or additional costs for these services.

Due to the upcoming upgrade, new enrollments in DirectPay and eBill programs are not available during May and June 2018, but we encourage customers to enroll online after the program launch.

Beginning in July, all customers will need to enroll online with an email address to use the new and improved payment options. Your first bill after July 9 will include instructions on how to enroll with your email address. You will still need your ACWD account number to register.

If you are currently enrolled in an auto-pay or E-Bill program, your May or June bill is the last bill that will be paid under the existing programs. In order to make this important upgrade, all current online payment and auto-pay enrollments will be deactivated in July and will no longer be available for online payments, E-Billing and other services. Customers who wish to keep these services will have to re-enroll in the new system. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but the new services available to customers will provide ease and convenience for bill payment options. Additional information will be provided with your next bill about this upcoming change.
