Rates are evaluated each year to determine the revenue necessary to operate your water utility and deliver services. View the information below to learn more about the proposed 2-year rate increase.

Service Charge 

Water customers are billed a fixed bimonthly service charge based on the size of each meter at the customer’s property. For residential customers with a 5/8 or 3/4 inch meter, the bimonthly service charge is proposed to increase $10.38 beginning March 1, 2017 and $2.59 beginning March 1, 2018.

Consumption Rate

Water customers are billed a consumption charge per billing unit (1 unit is equivalent to 100 cubic feet or 748 gallons). The consumption rate is proposed to increase $0.843 per unit  beginning March 1, 2017 and $0.210 per unit beginning March 1, 2018.
